Nothing stays the same all the time. The same can be said with the economy of the different countries. A vivid example is the big boom of China’s economy. China is now a force to reckon with in the economic world. This can be further seen when looking at different products and you see “Made in China,” “Manufactured in China” and “Assembled in China.”
As the other economies are stable in their positions, others are dwindling. China however, seems to be still in the escalating path to bigger economy. It is said that China’s economic measures have become an aid to its steady growth. Even then, the inflation and interest rates are still starting to get out of hand.
Analysts have pointed out that China is aiming to drift away from the usual export that it has been doing for a while. It is going to contain the economy so that it will be able to support its domestic needs. This is to make it so that there will be economic balance and also trade balance. Previous reports have shown that there was more import than export.
To be able to have a strong economy a country needs to have solid rules and regulations. The interest rates that will make the local products more expensive are actually to help build the economy. It does have a possible effect of making the citizens have difficulty dealing with the prices. But still the bigger effect is the welfare of the economy.
Besides the interest rates, China has other tactics. It is in the regulations of China, that banks should have reserves to be maintained. As the economy improves, the amount that banks have to set aside has increased too. The credit controls, open market and credit controls have also become great tools for China’s growth.
Overall the economy of China is doing great and it is not showing signs of going for a fast decline.
